What's the difference between the Starter Set and the Pro Set?
The Starter Set ($99) is the therapist-designed entry kit — hand-saving, ergonomic, built for at-home recovery and everyday use. The Pro Set ($399) is the premium stainless steel clinical kit, with hand-finished edges and balanced weight for hours of treatment-room use. Practitioners treating five or more bodies a week typically grow into the Pro.

Which one should I start with?
If you're new to IASTM, start with the Starter Set. If you're a working clinician or treating other people regularly, go straight to the Pro.

What is IASTM?
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. A clinical technique for working on fascial restrictions using designed-edge tools instead of just hands. Learn more in The Method.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?
Canada. Orders ship within one business day.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping: 4–7 business days across North America. International orders: 7–21 business days depending on destination.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping rates calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & guarantees

What's your return policy?
30-day satisfaction guarantee on all tools. If your FasciaEdge isn't working for you within 30 days, send it back for a full refund. No restocking fees. No questions about whether you used it correctly.

What about courses?
Online courses are not refundable due to the nature of the delivery method.

How do I start a return?
Reply to your order confirmation email with the shipment tracking number of the return product. We will refund your full amount when we receive the product.

Materials & care

What is the Pro Set made of?
304-grade stainless steel, hand-finished.

How do I clean the tools?
Mild soap and water between sessions. Dry immediately to prevent water spotting. Store in the included pouch.

Are the tools dishwasher safe?
No. Hand wash only.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes — for clinics of five or more practitioners. Email hello@fasciaedge.com.

Are your courses CEU-eligible?
Course CEU eligibility varies by jurisdiction and licensing body. Contact us for a credit assessment.

Can I bundle a course with the Pro Set?
Yes — the FET + Pro bundle saves vs. purchasing separately.

Is FasciaEdge safe during pregnancy?
General body work is usually safe during pregnancy, but we recommend consulting your prenatal care provider before starting any new self-treatment.

Can I use this on children?
FasciaEdge tools are intended for use on adults. For pediatric use, consult a licensed practitioner.
