At FasciaEdge, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason youโ€™re not, our return policy is designed to make the process simple, fair, and transparent.


โœ… Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition: The product must be untouched, unopened, and free of any signs of use (e.g., no scratches, wear, or damage).
  • Original packaging: All tags, labels, and protective materials must be intact and undamaged.
  • Proof of purchase: A receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice is required to process your return.
  • Return window: Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

โŒ Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Digital products: All sales of online courses, guides, or digital downloads are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once access has been granted.
  • Gift cards: Non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Sale items: Products purchased at a discounted price (e.g., clearance, flash sales) are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Used or damaged items: Products showing signs of use, missing parts, or damage not caused by FasciaEdge are ineligible.

๐Ÿ”„ How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First
    Email our support team at support@fasciaedge.com with:

    • Your order number or proof of purchase.
    • A clear photo of the unused product in its original packaging.
    • The reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization
    Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with:

    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (required for all returns).
    • Instructions for shipping the item back to our facility.
  3. Ship the Item Back

    • You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. FasciaEdge is not liable for lost or damaged returns without proof of delivery.
  4. Inspection & Approval
    Once received, our team will inspect the item. If it meets our eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.


๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

  • Refund method: Credits will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
  • Processing time: Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5โ€“10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Note: Some institutions may take longer.
  • Deductions: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For example, if your refund is $100 and return shipping was $15, your final refund will be $85.

โš ๏ธ Late or Missing Refunds?
If you havenโ€™t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account and spam folder for confirmation emails.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bankโ€”refunds may take additional time to post.
  3. If the issue persists, email us at support@fasciaedge.com with your order details.

๐Ÿ” Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or sizing preferences. However:

  • Defective or damaged items: If your FasciaEdge product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@fasciaedge.com with photos/videos of the issue. We will:
    • Replace the item at no cost to you, or
    • Refund the full purchase price (including original shipping fees).
  • Wrong item shipped: If you received the wrong product, weโ€™ll cover the cost of returning the incorrect item and shipping the correct one.

๐ŸŽ Gifts

  • Marked as a gift: If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, weโ€™ll issue a gift credit for the value of the return (minus return shipping costs). A digital gift certificate will be emailed to you once the return is processed.
  • Not marked as a gift: If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to their original payment method. They will be notified of the return.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Processing time: Orders are shipped within 2 business days of placement (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delivery time:
    • Domestic (Canada/USA): 5โ€“10 business days after dispatch.
    • International: 10โ€“20 business days (varies by location; customs delays may apply).
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: Free for orders over $75 (Canada/USA). For orders under $75, a flat rate of $9.99 applies.
  • International shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Expedited shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@fasciaedge.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, reship or refund your order.
  • Damaged in transit: Inspect your package upon arrival. If damaged, do not discard the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund you.
