1. Educational Use Only

3. Assumption of Risk

Use of Fascia Edge products, techniques, courses, and educational materials is voluntary.

By using any Fascia Edge tool or following any Fascia Edge instruction, you acknowledge and accept that soft-tissue work, scraping tools, mobility work, stretching, strengthening, exercise, and manual therapy techniques may involve physical risk, including but not limited to:

skin irritation;
bruising;
soreness;
temporary discomfort;
aggravation of symptoms;
dizziness or sensitivity;
tissue irritation;
injury from excessive pressure, improper use, or use on unsuitable areas.

You are responsible for using the product appropriately, applying reasonable pressure, avoiding unsafe areas, and stopping if symptoms worsen.

4. User Responsibility

You agree that you are fully responsible for how you use Fascia Edge products, education, tools, courses, videos, instructions, or techniques.

Do not use Fascia Edge tools:

over broken, infected, irritated, burned, or inflamed skin;
directly over open wounds, rashes, or skin conditions;
over varicose veins or areas of compromised circulation;
over the throat, eyes, genitals, or unsafe bony prominences;
with excessive force;
while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or any substance affecting judgment;
on another person unless you are properly trained, authorized, and legally permitted to do so.

Professional users are solely responsible for complying with their own licensing rules, scope of practice, insurance requirements, consent obligations, documentation requirements, and applicable professional standards.

5. Product Safety

Fascia Edge products must be used only as intended.

Customers must inspect products before use. Do not use a product if it appears damaged, cracked, defective, contaminated, unsafe, or altered.

If you believe a product is defective or unsafe, stop using it immediately and contact us at support@fasciaedge.com.

6. No Professional Relationship Created

Purchasing a Fascia Edge product, viewing our website, watching our videos, reading our content, joining a course, or communicating with us online does not create a therapist-client, practitioner-patient, coach-client, advisor-client, or professional healthcare relationship.

Any professional relationship must be created separately through proper intake, consent, assessment, documentation, and direct professional service agreement.

7. Courses, Training & Professional Education

Fascia Edge courses, workshops, tutorials, and educational materials are provided for learning and skill development.

Completion of a Fascia Edge course does not, by itself, grant a professional licence, certification, protected title, legal authorization to treat patients, or permission to practise any regulated healthcare profession.

Users are responsible for confirming whether a technique, method, or tool is allowed under their local laws, professional college, regulatory body, employer policy, insurance coverage, and scope of practice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rollins Athletics Inc., Fascia Edge, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, instructors, representatives, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising from:

excessive pressure;
